United Tote, TRDW Platform

The TRDW System is a comprehensive data warehousing environment for the racing transactions.  The system provides a competitive advantage to the United Tote by allowing its customers to do sophisticated analysis and reporting of transactions via intranet, reporting API's and 3rd party reporting tools.  The system provides high performance reporting over a large historical data set by taking advantage of selective data views and OLAP/MDX.  Internet Systems Group was retained to develop and implement the product plan, software, systems and network architecture required to collect, secure, analyze and expose this data.

Neurosurgery Associates

As principal of DWT, Doug Tung was retained by this highly respected neurosurgery practice to design and implement state of the art medical imaging software that will allow surgeons to perform invasive neurosurgery with unprecedented speed and accuracy. The system allows surgeons to perform surgical planning and image manipulation with imaging data collected from MRI and CT imaging systems.

The system, deployed on a GUI operating environment, was developed using C++ and Assembly language.  Among the technical capabilities of the system are:  the cataloging of images, features, surgical paths, target points and their locations in 3-dimensional space;  coordinate transformation systems to construct images from various perspectives; and optimized algorithms for representation and manipulation of these images.

Brentwood Associates

Contracted by one of the largest venture capital firms in the United States, DWT was retained to develop a cash bated accounting system for three of their partnerships.
